Exofeast is a dedicated feeder operation — not a pet shop side-shelf. Everything we stock exists to be food for something else, and that changes how it has to be done: honest sizing, healthy stock, and a cold chain that holds from our freezer to your door.
Sizing you can rely on
A feeder that is one grade too large is a refused meal at best. We grade by the standard ladder — pinkie, fuzzy, hopper, weaned, adult, jumbo — and every listing states the pack count and the size band it was graded into. Nothing is sold as "medium".
Frozen stock and the cold chain
Frozen feeders are humanely dispatched, flash-frozen, and held at −18 °C. Every batch carries a lot number and a freeze date, and the same number is on the packing slip in your box — so if anything is ever wrong with an order, we can trace exactly which batch it came from rather than guessing.
Orders ship in insulated packaging with coolant sized to the delivery window. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and warm to body temperature in water before feeding. Never microwave, and never refreeze.
Live stock and welfare
Live insects and rodents are raised on a proper diet, in clean, ventilated housing, at stocking densities that keep them healthy rather than merely alive. They arrive gut-loaded and ready to feed. We do not ship live animals into delivery windows or weather they should not travel in — if a zone is not safe on a given day, we hold the order and tell you.
Ethically raised
We know what this trade is. Doing it properly means humane husbandry and humane dispatch, no exceptions and no cutting the cost by cutting the standard. It is the reason our prices are what they are, and the reason we will tell you when something is out of stock instead of substituting it with something close.
Delivery
Philippines-wide, priced by zone with a free-delivery threshold on each. Pickup and meet-up are available. Delivery windows and fees are shown at checkout before you commit to anything.
