What size does my snake need?
As a rule, a feeder about the width of the widest part of the animal. Tell us
the species and rough length and we'll point you at the right rung of the
ladder.
Do you deliver live insects nationwide?
Yes, subject to weather and transit time. Where a zone is not safe on the day,
we hold the order and message you rather than ship it and hope.
Something arrived wrong.
Message us with your order number and a photo the same day. Every box carries
a lot number, so we can trace the batch it came from.
