These terms cover buying from Exofeast. Placing an order means you accept them.

What we sell

Feeder animals — frozen and live rodents and insects — sold as food for reptiles and other exotic predators. They are not sold as pets, and they are not for human consumption.

Ordering

An order on this site is a request, not a completed sale. We contact you by phone or message to confirm every order before anything is packed. Stock is only held once we confirm, and prices are re-checked against our current list at that moment — so an order left unconfirmed for some days may be re-quoted. You can cancel free of charge at any time before we confirm, from the order page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Philippine pesos and include no hidden charges. Delivery is charged by area and is shown before you place the order. We accept cash on delivery and transfer by GCash, Maya or bank — whichever of these is switched on at checkout. Nothing is charged on this website itself.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas listed at checkout, in the delivery windows shown. Frozen stock is packed cold-chain with coolant and an insulated liner, sized to the journey. Live stock is dispatched to arrive as quickly as the area allows.

Please make sure someone can receive the order. Frozen and live animals cannot be left unattended, and a failed delivery may have to be re-arranged and re-charged.

Live animals, and arrival condition

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If frozen stock arrives soft or thawed, or live stock arrives dead, tell us immediately, with photographs, and we will look into it and come back to you.

Telling us straight away is what makes a report checkable. Once frozen stock has been in your freezer, or live stock has been housed, neither of us can say what condition it was in when it left us.

For food-safety and animal-welfare reasons we cannot accept returns of frozen or live stock once it has left us in good condition.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping and using what you buy safely and lawfully: storing frozen stock frozen, housing live stock appropriately until it is used, and feeding a size suited to the animal you keep. Advice in our care guides is general guidance, not veterinary advice.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

If something goes wrong

We stand behind what we send. Where the law allows us to limit it, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here removes rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
